What the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ method is all about?
"It is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique for organisations, teams and individuals." Per Kristiansen
Developed in the mid 90's to help the LEGO Company address major challenges they were facing, the method is based on a set of fundamental beliefs about leadership and organisations;
Leaders do not have all the answers. Their success is dependent on hearing all the voices in the room.
People naturally want to contribute, be part of something bigger and take ownership.
Allowing each member to contribute and speak out results is a more sustainable business model.
All too often, teams work sub-optimally, leaving team member knowledge untapped.
We live in a world, which can best be described as complex and adaptive.
Your business is not just a collection of people and computers housed in an office. It is a complex network of internal and external identities and relationships that cannot simply be represented in a chart or diagram. By using the LSP method to build meaningful three dimensional representations of your organisations individuals, values, processes and systems we can help you to visualise strategies, issues and opportunities that were previously hidden, or difficult to see.

You don’t need to buy Lego bricks; we have all of the Lego you will ever need. If you want to keep the models that you build we will need sufficient time to order and import the Serious Play kits. These kits have been designed especially for use in LSP workshops and are produced by the Lego group, however they are not currently available in many parts of the world..
We can host workshops with one of our many international partners or bring the method to your workplace or event space.
