We believe in the transformative power of play. We believe that work and play are not opposites; in fact they are mutually supportive. Play is vital for creativity, problem solving, relationships….and ultimately for enhanced productivity.
Unfortunately modern business culture tells us that play is something to be left behind; something that is unproductive and frivolous. We believe exactly the opposite. At Constructive our mission is to bring the element of play back into the way we think about ourselves and our work, to uncover true meaning and insight in a complex and rapidly changing world.
We incorporate facilitated workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and methodology into our programs, to enable organisations, teams and individuals to communicate effectively and meaningfully.
We also run regular certification courses in partnership with The Association of Master Trainers so you can take the method back to your own team or clients.
